NOVEMBER 2ND - FEBRUARY 26TH
A healthy workplace begins with healthy employees. The past few years have been a great source of stress and pressure on many of our employees. Between natural disasters and global pandemics, our team has really handled a great deal. We are rolling out a corporate health initiative - Wellness for the Win- In an effort to band together and make life adjustments that will put all of us on the path to healthier happier versions of ourselves. Wellness is all encompassing- not just physical. We are asking that you thoughtfully evaluate areas in your own physical/dietary/mental health and set (3) goals you believe you can achieve that will better your overall health. We are asking that everyone participating also choose 1 accountability buddy along with their goals. We want you to check in weekly with your goal progress so it stays on the forefront of your mind. We will be offering many company opportunities and various raffles throughout the 15 weeks. We will also be rolling out challenges throughout the month!

Submit Your Wellness Goals to Events@royalamerican.com by Monday November 2nd 2020
Every Monday following, email us and tell us if you met your goals & if there was a challenge that week how you did.

We will be awarding prizes throughout the month. There will be prizes for those that meet their 3 goals each week of the month, prizes awarded for completing challenges throughout the month, and A Grand Prize winner who met their (3) goals the entire 15 weeks.
GOALS
The Wellness For the Win basic step is to create (3) goals you want to work on over the next (15) weeks. These goals should contribute to your overall wellbeing. They should be well thought out, challenging, achievable, measurable, and mindful of the time of year. Participants will submit their three goals to events@royalamerican.com at the beginning of the program. They will check in each Monday and let us know if they met their goals for the previous week. We will offer a drawing at the end of the (15) week challenge and a grand prize of $500! . Below are Examples. Make your goals unique to you. You DO NOT have to pick 1 of each category. Create goals that suit your individual needs whether that be 3 physical goals, one of each, 2 dietary/1 physical, etc.
