Post things to keep the boredom at bay:
Post places they can virtually visit like the Louvre, or the Georgia Aquarium, or even Mars!
The New York Public Library has made over 300,000 books available online.
Post your favorite Minute to Win It games for family fun!
Post your favorite Tik Tok dance or better yet, your staff doing one and challenging residents to post theirs.
Post a skillshare sample video of something that might interest your residents.

Youtube -Storyline Online is a great resource of online books being read aloud.
Actors are reading Dr. Seuss Books on the Dr. Seuss Facebook Page daily.
